I have been professionally coaching as a ICF trained Coach ((ACC-ICF)) since 2018 . I coach leaders on high performance behaviors, guiding them to identify Individual Development Goals aligned to their personal and organizational objectives.

My Coaching approach : I use structured assessments tools like Hogan Assessment, Values discovery, Mind Saboteurs, and couple it with deep coaching and self reflective conversations. I partner my coachees by guiding and challenging them, sharing resources & tools and and by being their accountability partner through the journey.

With my coaching and individual development strategies I have created value for more than 300 senior leaders across India, Europe, US, Canada and SE Asia.

A few bytes more...I have spent my entire childhood travelling and schooling across the length and breadth of the country, living a highly eclectic army kids upbringing. My love for gastronomy took me to a hoteliering college, exposing me to the world of spices and condiments and I ended up getting trained in some of the best kitchens possible. I have always been deeply inspired by music, which includes playing my guitar and listening to the legendary George Michael and other 80s pop heros!
