It was in 2017 that I first stumbled upon formal Coaching. I was heading Talent for a Swiss MNC at that time. It was a light bulb moment for me. I had found my passion and discovered magic.
From being an internal coach for multiple business leaders across international geographies, to coaching "Not For Profit" external leaders, I have coached 100s of diverse leaders in the past 8 years . As a commitment to excelling in my coaching practice, I have earned the PCC(Professional Certified Coach) designation from the International Coaching Federation(ICF), and have been certified on Hogan Assessment tools as well.

I have spent two decades of my corporate career heading HR roles for large organizations. Last three years of my corporate life, I led the people function of a Start-up, driving molecular diagnostics labs across the country during the Covid-19 pandemic.
